Testing Ownership

Role repositories own colocated unit, contract-consumer, provider, migration, and artifact tests. Assembly owns only cross-artifact E2E, routing, recovery, upgrade/rollback, and production-copy scenarios.

Assembly tests use published artifacts and public or administrative runtime interfaces. They never import sibling repository source. OCI verification runs through Kubernetes BuildKit; host-local image builds are forbidden.
